NFAB is committed to bringing awareness and help to our southern border, fulfilling our border mission with four primary initiatives.
The National Faith Leaders Border Forum
The NFLBF is designed to educate pastors and national faith leaders around the country on issues pertaining to our southern border. Through this forum, NFAB has connected over 200 pastors with local, state, and national leaders, along with the US Border Patrol, who educate and inform them on the process and challenges on the border. Pastors can experience a tour of the wall, the river, and Border Patrol facilities.
Operation Border Blessing
OBB was created during a surge in 2019 when thousands of illegal migrants were being released in the U.S. OBB connected the migrants to local churches where they received love, help, and, most importantly, the message that God loves them. This initiative continues under the Biden Administration’s border crisis.
Appreciation Tour
This initiative recognizes the difficulties related to the job of a US Border Patrol Agent. To boost morale and show support, the Agents and their families experience a fun-filled family day and receive meals and gift cards for family necessities. The day includes prayer and fellowship with the OBB team.
Gold Star Family Vacations
This past year, 22 Border Patrol Agents took their lives, while others died in the line of duty. Operation Border Blessing pays for Gold Star families to travel to Orlando to experience time away from their pain and loss.
